Refunds, Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing Pasil a video rental platform. Pasil stands for Power and Success Inspired Life. Pasil rents motivational videos by renowned psychological trainer Sabu Kottotty. Pasil owned and operated by NEXUS VENTURES LLC. Before using our services, please read and understand the following terms and conditions:
1. User Agreement
By accessing or using Pasil, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our services.
2. Copyright
All content available on Pasil, including but not limited to movies, TV shows, documentaries, and other video content, are the copyrighted property of NEXUS VENTURES LLC. Unauthorized use or reproduction of this content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
3. Rental Period
The rental period for each video is 72 hours from the time of rental. You must watch the video during this time period. After the rental period has expired, the video will no longer be available for viewing.
4. Rental Fees
The rental fees for each video are clearly displayed on our platform. You must pay the rental fee before you can rent a video.
5. Refunds
We do not offer refunds for rental fees unless there is a technical issue preventing you from viewing the video. In such cases, please contact our customer support team immediately. If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment account within 7 business days.
6. User Conduct
You agree to use Pasil only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, our services by any third party. You must not use our services to upload, post, or transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise unlawful.
7. Viruses and Malware
We take reasonable precautions to ensure that our platform is free from viruses and malware. However, we cannot guarantee that our platform will always be free from such threats. You are responsible for taking appropriate measures to protect your computer or mobile device from viruses and malware.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to Pasil at any time without notice if you violate these terms and conditions.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Your continued use of our services after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NEXUS VENTURES LLC is incorporated, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
